Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I got into fitness to take better control of my life and hold myself accountable for my performance as an athlete after high school sports. CrossFit was new to me, and was more challenging and exciting than a 24 hour fitness gym with machines or free weights.

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer because I saw what CrossFit did for me and my physical strength and ability, and wanted to show and teach others that they too could do the same.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I started CF in 2011 shortly after my second child was born, trying to get my body back I searched all options. The only gym on Okinawa that offered childcare was Reebok CrossFit Asia. I went for my intro class and was hooked. A few months and many pounds later I was a CrossFit Junkie.
