How long have you been doing CrossFit?

In 2015, I had a martial arts instructor give me an ultimatum; an hour of CrossFit or an hour of ground fighting. I picked CrossFit and fell in love.  

Favorite movement: 

Anything heavy overhead: snatches, devils press, shoulder to overhead

Least favorite movement: 

Rowing is one of my weakest movements, it’s a constant work in progress.

Favorite hobby outside of the gym:

I love the Hawaii sunshine so any opportunity I get to be outside, I take it. I ran cross country in high school and I took up cycling a few years back so as much as I love strength and cardio in the CrossFit gym, I also love testing my endurance outside of the gym.
