As stated in your membership agreement, you are able to put your automatically renewing membership on hold. This is applicable to month-to-month memberships only.
Holds must be 3+ weeks or longer, not exceeding 12 weeks over the year. Membership holds require 7 days notice prior to the hold date. Hold requests received later than 7 days will not be processed.
If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 21 day cancellation notice requirement is applicable.
